Back pain is a common problem, but its effects can be debilitating, both physically, mentally and emotionally.  The 12 week Yoga for Healthy Lower Backs course could help if you suffer back pain.
The course includes pain relief movements and relaxation techniques to help when your back “goes”.  Exercises to strengthen the back can help reduce the likelihood and intensity of future back pain.
The holistic nature of yoga means that the whole body is gently exercised.  The course is taught by British Wheel of  Yoga qualified teacher Kate Knowles, who has been running the course since 2013.  Classes are held at St Bridgets church centre on Wednesday evenings and Friday mornings.
