A series of events are taking place in West Kirby this weekend to remember all those who lost their lives during conflict.
The annual Remembrance Sunday service takes place at the war memorial on Grange Hill, in West Kirby, from 10.30am.

Representatives from the Armed Forces, cadets, veterans, emergency services and local lifeboat crews will be attending the event.
West Kirby Social Club is hosting a Remembrance Day charity music event on Sunday with a variety of music acts performing every 30 minutes between 1-11:30 pm, finishing with Insanity Beach. The event is supporting Friends of Grange Hill and Help the Heroes.
On Saturday, West Kirby Museum’s WW1 exhibition takes place at St Bridget’s Centre from 10am – 4pm, including history talks, displays and a chance to view a database of all local men who died in WW1.
